Paying your rent and charges

It’s really quick and easy to make a payment online at My Account. You can also check your balance, view your statement and see any payment plans we have agreed with you and set up a Direct Debit.

You will need your payment reference which you can find in the following places:

  • AllPay payment card
  • First page of your tenancy agreement
  • Rent statements
  • Any rent letter from us or AllPay Direct Debit letters.

You can also pay us in the following ways, if it’s easier for you:

  • By Direct Debit
  • Using the “AllPay” smart phone app available to download free from the Apple App store or the Google Play store
  • Using a payment card at a PayPoint. Please note: payment using this method can take up to two working days to show on your rent account.

Rent free weeks

Rent free weeks (weeks when rent isn't charged) for 2021 are:

  • 5 April 2021
  • 12 April 2021
  • 27 December 2021
  • 3 January 2022

Rent free weeks apply to all customers. If you pay by Direct Debit the reductions will already be applied to your payment calculations.  

If you are in rent arrears, please use this opportunity to continue making payments during the two weeks to reduce your debt.
