How we structure our business
We have three directorates within our organisation:
- Homes and Investment
This includes the development arm of our business which is responsible for all our new build homes, strategic asset management and property care - which includes our in-house repairs and maintenance teams
- Customer First
In this directorate, we have dedicated teams working to improve our customers' lives, such as our Community Impact team, Directions (who help customers into work and training), our Contact Centre, neighbourhood services, estate caretaking and ground maintenance
- Corporate Services
These are all the services that keep our business running each day, including our Finance and Income Collection teams, IT and Business Intelligence, Marketing and Communications and our People team which provides HR services, training and development support
