Our aim is to move you into your newly allocated home as soon as it is ready. Once you are allocated with a home, your Neighbourhood Co-ordinator will contact you to discuss:
- Visiting the property
- Signing your Tenancy Agreement
- Giving you the keys to your new home
- Managing your tenancy online with My Account
Living in your home
We know there can be life changes whilst you're living in your home. Here are some of the ones we are asked about most often:
- Requesting a copy of your Tenancy Agreement
- Changing the name on your tenancy
- Tenant has passed away and I want to take over the tenancy
- I want to become a sole tenant and am currently a joint tenant Please note that it is not possible to add anyone to an existing sole tenancy
