In each plan you will find:
- Who your Neighbourhood Co-ordinator and your Neighbourhood Manager is – including photos so you can get to know their friendly faces
- When your Neighbourhood Co-ordinator will be in your area
- Information about the neighbourhood, from the number of homes in the area to local investment in our homes and community initiatives
- What customers who live in each area think about their homes and what we’re doing to make it a great place to live
