If you have problems paying your rent

It is your responsibility to pay your rent. If you don't, you could end up losing your home and be charged court costs (currently £325) and a warrant fee (currently £121).

We will:

• Listen to what you have to tell us
• Discuss an affordable payment plan
• Help you find out if you are entitled to any other benefits or support
