Freehold neighbourhood

This year we’re spending £700,000 on improvements to 170 homes in the Freehold neighbourhood.

Planned work: New roofs, repointing brickwork which has weathered over time, and addressing issues with cavity wall insulation.

Benefits for you: These improvements will mean homes are more energy efficient, leading to potential savings on energy bills and will ensure that the structure of the properties remains sound and weather proof for the long term
