Change to gas maintenance, servicing and repairs contractor

We are pleased to announce that our new domestic gas servicing and repairs contractor is Liberty Group. They will take over the contract from Sure Maintenance on Saturday 16 April 2022.

Liberty Group is experienced in providing heating and hot water maintenance services which will continue to keep you safe in your home.

Reporting gas repairs

The number you can call to report any problems with your hot water, central heating or boiler is staying the same. All you need to do is call us on 0161 393 7117.

Annual gas service

As well as carrying out any repairs, Liberty Group will also do your annual gas safety check and they will contact you directly to make a convenient appointment. This is a legal requirement to make sure your home is safe so please allow the Liberty team access to your home.

Always check ID

All Liberty Group operatives will carry photographic ID and their uniforms and vans will display the Liberty Group logo.

If someone visits your home claiming to be from Liberty Group, or FCHO, or another firm linked with us, always check their ID. If you’re suspicious about them, call our Contact Centre on 0161 393 7117.
