Changes to our gas contractor

We’re delighted to announce that from 1 April, Sure Maintenance will be our new contractor for gas repairs, servicing and maintenance to our properties.
 
The north west based gas specialists, who have provided gas services on our behalf before, will be replacing our current contractor Liberty Group.
 
Sure Maintenance is highly experienced in providing heating and hot water services and repairs to households across the country and shares our commitment to keeping customers safe in their homes and delivering excellent services.
 
If you are one of our customers and receive gas to your home, we have sent you a letter to let you know about the new contractor.

There will be no change to how you report any issues with your heating, hot water or boiler. Just contact us on 0161 393 7117 and select the appropriate option.
