Christmas and New Year closing times 2022-2023

We will be closed from 5pm on Friday 23 December 2022, and will reopen at 9am on Tuesday 3 January 2023. Please don’t report emergencies on here, as our website and social media accounts are not monitored during this time.

In case of an emergency, please use the below numbers: 

• For emergency heating issues call Liberty on 0330 995 8007. If your heating is supplied from a communal boiler and you are having issues, call SURE Group on 0333 3212 797
• For other emergency repairs, call 0161 770 2222
• For emergency accommodation, call 0800 9887061
• For where to go for help in a crisis, visit the Oldham Council website for a list of services and partner community organisations that can help you in an emergency.

While we’re closed you can check your rent and charges, make payments, update your contact details, and log queries on our customer portal My Account.
