Non-chargeable weeks are coming up

Your next  non-chargeable weeks are coming up. If you do have any rent arrears, making a payment during these weeks will help you reduce your rent balance or clear it off for good.

Your next rent free weeks are later this month and in January ’23:

• Week commencing 26 December 2022
• Week commencing 2 January 2023

If you have rent arrears and you can afford to make a payment, continuing to pay rent during these weeks will help reduce your debt.

How do the rent free week work?

If you pay your rent monthly, the reductions have already been calculated into your payment plan.

If you pay your rent by Direct Debit by another other frequency (e.g. fortnightly) and have a credit balance, we will amend the Direct Debit so you don’t pay rent during the rent free weeks. You do not need to do anything, we will arrange this for you.
