Our First Place reception is fully open

We've fully opened our First Place office reception area again and we can’t wait to welcome you back!
We’ll still have a few additional safety measures in place to keep you and our colleagues safe.
Our office will be open between 9am and 5pm and we’re still asking you to make appointments where possible with our teams directly.
Drop-in services will be offered by some teams and more details of these will be provided when you contact them.
Our computers are available for you to use to access services if you do not have access to the internet at home or need some support to use online services.
Please do not attend our office if you are showing signs or symptoms of Covid-19 or if you have been advised to isolate.
You can still contact us over the phone on 0161 393 7117, by email on servicecentre@fcho.co.uk or use our new chatbot, Cleo to get in touch with us too if you prefer. Don’t forget you can pay rent and access other services on My Account, too.
