Our Neighbourhood Care team works hard to ensure your local area is a great place to live, and making it more nature friendly is among its priorities. Lots of you have told us that this is important to you and it’s part of our Big Plan and Sustainability Strategy.

Wildflower plots are among the initiatives underway to help reduce our environmental impact, help tackle climate change and deliver lots of other important benefits for our customers and communities, now and in years to come.

The idea is that bees and other insects that depend on these areas will flourish and thrive, and local people can connect with nature as the areas grow.

It's great to see wildflower plots like this one in Littlemoor going strong and we are keen to build on the success with even more in the future.

If you would like to nominate an area that would benefit from wildflower planting in the spring, please let us know and our team will look into it. Contact us on 0161 393 7117 or email servicecentre@fcho.co.uk.
