Joel Owen our Director of Development said:
“March has been a particularly strong month for completions of much-needed new homes, and on behalf of our Development team I’d like to thank all our partners for their continued support to achieve this fantastic result.
“We’re committed to tackling the shortage of affordable housing locally and through our Development Strategy we’re working hard to bring forward as many new properties as we can to help meet housing need today and provide homes which are fit for the future.
“The high-quality houses and apartments we have taken handover of in recent weeks, along with those we have signed contracts for, put us another step closer to achieving the ambitious targets in our Development strategy.
“We remain on track to deliver 1,100 new, affordable, energy efficient properties across a range of tenures in Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside, Kirklees, and Calderdale between 2020 and 2026 to help meet housing need and improve the lives of local people.”
