We are a housing association formed to benefit our local communities.
We are committed to our mission of being a trusted provider of quality homes, delivering excellent landlord and support services, and creating thriving and independent communities in our Oldham heartland and beyond. Our vision is ‘Improving lives, and with around 10% of the local population living in an FCHO home, we are proud to be an anchor organisation through our significant contribution as a large local business and employer.
We own and manage around 11,500 homes, and have the highest regulatory (G1/V1) rating, with plans to build more than 700 affordable new homes by 2025.

- First Choice Homes Oldham Limited is a Co-operative and Community Benefit Society, registered with the Financial Conduct Authority as a Mutual Society. Company Number is 31138R.
- First Choice Homes Oldham Limited is regulated by the Regulator for Social Housing. Registration number is 4582.
- First Choice Homes Oldham Limited have a Board of Non-Executive Directors which is made up of between eight and 12 members who oversee the overall running of the company. First Choice Homes Oldham Limited is the sole shareholder and the Board of Non-Executive Directors are appointed by the First Choice Homes Oldham Limited Board.
- New Living Homes Limited is a subsidiary of First Choice Homes Oldham Limited set up to undertake development activities including design and build services on its behalf.
- New Living Homes Limited is a company limited by guarantee and is governed by its Articles. New Living Homes Limited was registered with Companies House on 1 February 2017, company number 10438384.
