We care about your views and are committed to listening to our customers.
We have a 'Stronger Communities' team who work with people and groups who want to get involved in their community or with our organisation.
There are lots of ways you can help shape our services, get involved in your community and make new friends.
Service reviews:
We have a rolling programme of service reviews to help improve customer satisfaction with all the services we provide. You can get involved by completing online surveys, attending community based consultations or taking part in workshops and meetings at First Choice Homes’ offices
Community development:
Our focus is ‘asset-based community development’. This means we start by helping customers map out their skills and interests and then work with them to either set up regular activities or hold one-off events
Funding:
We provide support to complete funding applications as well as identifying potential funding sources. We have an in-house funding scheme called ROCA where community groups can bid for up to £500. Find out more on the ROCA webpage.
